Terms of service

These terms apply when you use zippp at zippp.link. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What zippp does

zippp reads a photo of a receipt or invoice, shows you what it read, and appends the rows to a Google Sheet you choose. The sheet stays yours. zippp does not keep a copy of your receipts or your rows.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for that account and for everyone who uses zippp through it. One Google account is one zippp account.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid. One credit is one receipt sent to your sheet. Credits expire 30 days after purchase, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in the refund policy. Prices are on the pricing page and can change; a change never affects credits you already hold.

Accuracy

Reading is automatic and can be wrong. You check every receipt before it is sent. Once a row is in your sheet, correcting it is your responsibility. zippp is not an accounting system and does not give tax or financial advice.

Fair use

Do not upload documents you have no right to process. Do not try to read anything other than receipts and invoices, break the service, or resell access. We may suspend an account that does this.

Data

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. It is part of these terms.

Availability

zippp relies on Google, our OCR and model providers, and our hosting. It can be slow or unavailable. We do our best, but we do not promise uptime. A failed read never spends a credit; a failed send refunds the credit automatically.

Liability

zippp is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time: sign out in Settings and your tokens are deleted from our servers. We can end or change the service with notice on this page. Unused credits in a lot that is still valid will be refunded if we shut down.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
